Bill Walker has been helping friends and family with their computer troubles since his junior high school years. After graduating from high school, he originally set out to become a computer programmer. During college, several of his friends had plans to be PC technicians and this really piqued his interest. Learning as much about PCs in general as possible, he was soon building his own computers and learning tweaks and fixes to keep his machines in top shape, as well as those of his friends and family. A few years later, he joined the staff at Quad-Cities Online and worked there for four years, helping customers with their internet and PC-related problems as a CSR and Level 1 Technician. While working at QCOnline, he went back to school to learn about networking, as well as a bit more programming, leaving school with web design and web programming certifications. After leaving QCOnline, he joined the staff at Tech Team Global as a Support Technician.
Lee Rizzolo has had an interest in computers for about as long as he can remember. For years he has been the go-to guy for his family and some of his friends. Most of the time, he can be found at a keyboard in one aspect or another. Once, long ago, he had a slight interest in programming (back in the days of QBASIC). In the time since, he has come to prefer working with the hardware within the computer itself. He is currently attending classes and working on attaining his A+ Certification for computer hardware. He is an avid gamer, and if he's not face-first in a computer, he can usually be found at the keyboard, holding a controller, or playing on a hand-held. He currently works at QCOnline part time, and has teamed up with one of his best friends from his high school days to finally realize their dream.
